How SSBT Works
SSBT converts your non-primary home’s equity into fixed monthly payouts through a simple mechanism. Throughout this period, you retain full property ownership.
You pledge your mortgage-free non-primary home as collateral without selling it
Cagamas pays you fixed monthly payouts throughout the loan tenure
Interest accumulates at a fixed rate over 5 or 10 years
No monthly repayments during the entire loan tenure
Settlement occurs at the end of the loan tenure
